About common threads and interdisciplinarity

This pedagogical research project explores how a workplace like the Danish National Academy of Music can work to create community. Community on all fronts - the experience that we are together to make the workplace and study something that
makes sense.

The project is written out of a desire to make cohesion visible. What is between us, both as employees and as students. If we clearly choose to work with - and raise awareness of - what makes us want to work together, we can make community a choice. Something we consciously choose.

I hope that after reading this project, a seed will have been sown that will somehow challenge you to remember. Remember what you do and remember why you do it.

I hope that the many considerations and reflections will create new knowledge and reflection, and that all the words have taken us on a journey into the qualified professional sparring that is necessary in an educational institution.
